 It was a busy weekend for us last week & Saturday saw us at the Wedding of James & Shula. They had a beautiful ceremony in Bisley & then we headed onto Frimley Hall Hotel for the Reception. Once again we were chasing away the weather but luckily for them it held off, allowing them their drinks reception on the lawn.

It was a lovely day filled with lots of laughs & the evening reception was great too. I found out from the speeches that music means a lot to Shula & James. Their tables names were Albums & James brother is in a band & they provided the evening entertainment, which was great. I was dancing along while shooting :)

Thankyou guys for allowing us to be a part of your wedding day. We hope you had a great day & are having a relaxing Honeymoon.

On Friday, we had the absolute pleasure of Photographing Mark & Anne's Wedding Day. We started at St Georges, West End complete with piper, for the lovely ceremony & then continued onto the Burford Bridge Hotel for their Reception. We followed the Bride & Groom up to Box Hill to have some pictures there & it was a far cry from the Blue sky's we left at the church. It had suddenly turned all dark & stormy which I must admit looks pretty good in the pictures. It was only a short stop & luckily we managed to get to the Hotel just before the rain came.

We did manage to make it out into the gardens for a few shots & luckily for them the Rain came again just as they were sitting down for their wedding breakfast.

On Sunday, we met with Emma & David at the fabulous Loseley park. It's another first time venue for us, but one we have been wanting to shoot for a long time. When we arrived we were kindly shown around the Great Hall (doesn't disappoint) & the Drawing Room by the wedding coordinator, she then left us to explore the walled gardens & we snuck over to the Barn, where preparations were happening for a wedding later that day.

It's a spectacular space with a maze of pathways & hidden corners, & while it wasn't in full bloom, it still looked amazing. Emma & David are getting married in August & we cant wait to see all the flowers, especially the Roses in full bloom.

We loved walking around with them & finding all sorts of locations to use on the day. We were like 2 kids in a candy store :) The one thing we would like to change for their wedding day is just for no wind please :)

On Wednesday, We met with Emma & Jon at their venue, Frensham pond Hotel for their Pre Wedding Shoot.

We had a lovely time walking round the grounds & scoping out locations to use on the day. This is another first time venue for us & we are really looking forward to their Wedding day in June.

 On Saturday, we had the absolute pleasure of Photographing Jo & Jim's wedding. We have been looking forward to this day for a while & more so after our fun Pre wedding shoot back at the beginning of March.

Taplins Place is an amazing venue & we were so lucky that the weather held & they were able to have their outdoor ceremony, especially as they had spent so much time dressing The old Stables for their Hog Roast. They cleverly named the tables after comedians & to keep their guest sweet (sorry) they had Sweet tree's by Creative Candi, which went down a treat (sorry again)!

I met with Jo, her Mother, Father & Bridesmaids at Wokefield park in the morning for the pre wedding Photography & Debbie headed down to the Venue to be with Jim & the groomsmen.

It was a great day & very rarely do we find ourselves feeling like a part of the family. We really got to see where Jo & Jim get their sense of humor & personalities from & have to say have never seen a couple so well suited for each other. The whole day was an emotional rollercoaster, even for us :) & was topped off nicely by the funniest speeches we have heard in a long time.

Last week we met with Victoria & David at the Bush Hotel in Farnham. It was a gloriously sunny afternoon & we took a stroll through the grounds.

We have shot at the Bush Hotel before & exhibited in a few of their Wedding fairs, but it's always nice doing a venue visit with the couple & seeing the space through their eyes.

Last week, we met with Lauren & James for a tour around Crondall. It was such a lovely morning, spent in a gorgeous village with great company.


We started at Lauren's Parents house for a shoot in the garden, then walked down to the Church & finished up overlooking the fields. We can't wait to be back here in August (my birthday actually!! ) to shoot their wedding day.

A few weeks ago, we met with Shona & Matt at their Venue. They have chosen Old Thorns in Liphook, & what a stunning venue it is. It's our first time shooting at this venue & we were not disappointed, in fact we can't wait for the wedding & to explore more of what this stunning venue has to offer. 


Shona & Matt were great fun & were so excited to show us around & the sun even shone nice & bright for us. We will be back on the 19th May for their Wedding Day.

I am excited I can now blog this Portrait session we did.

Last month, we took our Studio along & met with Ben & his boys at their home in Blackwater. Ben was planning a surprise for his wife for her Birthday & had organised for the Portrait session to be done in Secret. The boys had ben really good keeping the Secret, & were excellent models. Although we only had a short time with them, we knew that their personalities really shone through & we got some great shots. When I delivered the prints a week later, Ben said that they hadn't said anything yet, so I think he managed to keep the surprise under wraps till her Birthday, later that week.

Thanks for having us along guys, we had a great session & I think you will agree, we got some fab shots.

I love getting post :) It's nice when it's a complete surprise but even better when you are awaiting a parcel. There is nothing quite like opening the box to see in the flesh what already looks awesome online. I have received alot recently, from baby hats & cheesecloths to new flyers & my new desk. I have been most excited for our new Wedding props to arrive. I ordered lots of props on sticks for our Photo Booth which is just a great laugh at your Evening Reception & then these great little fans for the Bride & Groom. 


I just had to photograph the whole package I got from Little Retreats as I was blown away by the detail even if the Packaging.

On Saturday we headed over to Taplins Place in Hartley Whitney to meet with Jo & Jim. This is the first time we had been to the venue. We have heard so many things about it, but didn't quite know what to expect. Well it didn't disappoint. It's an amazing space, full of whimsical charm & although they weren't quite there yet, you know that once they flower the gardens will be amazing.


Jo & Jim are getting married in April, & Taplins Place is extra special as if the weather is our friend it's going to be an outdoor ceremony. whilst walking around the space we got loads of ideas for their day. We all walked the route Jo will take to the outdoor ceremony & while the kids were a little nervous making sure they got the tempo right & left no man behind you can see they are all very excited.


We were so glad the later start meant that they weather cleared up for us, & produced a fabulously sunny morning. The shoot was a lot of fun & we really can't wait for the Wedding Day. The kids were so taken with our prop box too that, that will definitely be making an appearance again.
